Tunisia have submitted their final 23-man squad to the Confederation of African Football for the impending 2013 African Cup of Nations in South Africa.
Wednesday night was the deadline for all teams and coach Sami Trabelsi sent two players packing from his preliminary squad, namely Atletico Madrid's Abdelkader Oueslati and Etoile Sahel's Rami Bedoui.
Always popular with people who like to bet on football, The Carthage Eagles are in Abu Dhabi and will take on fellow AFCON competitors Ghana on Sunday for their final warm-up match before heading to SA where they will be based in Rustenburg.
The North Africans will play two Group D matches there against Algeria and Ivory Coast, before heading to Nelspruit to face Togo. They are being backed by bookmakers like Paddy Power to advance to the next round.
