Bucs trail Premier Soccer League leaders Kaizer Chiefs by four points following Amakhosi's 2-0 triumph over bottom-side AmaZulu on Tuesday.
And a win on Wednesday night would keep them in the running for a third consecutive league title ahead of a two-month hiatus, following their 2-1 win over Maritzburg United last time out.
And ahead of the tie, De Sa told the club's official website: "Preparations have been going well, I believe my players are ready for whatever Arrows will throw at us.
"We got a good result away in Port Elizabeth and that has inspired the team to fight for another three points in Durban."
Midfielder Oupa Manyisa, who netted in that victory at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, said nothing less than three points will do.
He added: "Durban is home for us.. We enjoy playing in this part of the country because the supporters are very passionate and always make their presence felt in the stands.
"The win over Maritzburg United last week has motivated us and we would like to continue registering the positive results so that we can close the gap between us and Chiefs.
"So far we are collecting points even though we have not yet reached our full potential but we are getting there and I believe it's only a matter of time before we are firing on all cylinders."
Takesure Chinyama is expected to feature in the match after overcoming an ankle injury but Onyekachi Okonkwo and Benni McCarthy are sidelined after picking ups knocks in midweek.
