Tanzania have made it through to the semi-finals of the Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup in Kampala, Uganda, but are remaining grounded in their quest to win the competition.

Tanzania got the better of Rwanda in a 2-0 win to book their place in the last four of the east and central African competition.
Amri Kiemba struck 10 minutes before the break while John Bocco's scored in the 54th minute win the game for the Kilimanjaro Stars.
Tanzania had to counter a late charge by Rwanda, but held on, leaving coach Kim Poulsen happy with his side's commitment, saying: "We are taking every game as a final."
Rwanda coach Sredejovic Micho had no complaints with the result. He told BBC after the game: "Tanzania played well and took their chances. But they were more fresh than my players and I wish them the best of luck."
Zanzibar also reached the last four, overcoming Burundi on penalties after a goalless draw.
The other two sides in the semi-finals are hosts Uganda and Kenya.
Uganda secured their berth with a 2-0 win over Ethiopia, who will be playing in next years African Nations Cup in South Africa. Goals were scored by Geoffrey Kizito and Robert Ssentongo.
Kenya overcame Malawi 1-0, the Harambee Stars setting up a last four encounter with Zanzibar, while the Cranes of Uganda face Tanzania. Both games are on Thursday.
