Phunya Sele Sele currently find themselves in dreamland after lifting the Telkom Knockout trophy at the weekend following their 1-0 victory over Mamelodi Sundowns in the final.

That marked Celtic's first piece of silverware since 2005, and should leave the Free State outfit in a buoyant mood ahead of the midweek PSL clash.

Siwelele also sit three places higher up than United in the league standings, although that gap is separated only by three points.

Matsatsantsa, though, will need to quickly curb their penchant for draws, with the Tshwane giants having finished ten of their 12 league matches level-pegging this term.

United captain Thabo September knows the importance of a positive result this week, saying: "We want to move into the top-eight bracket and a victory on Tuesday will be a great step for us.

"We have to focus on the Celtic match first and the rest will follow."

On the selection front, three-time PSL winning United coach Gavin Hunt may have to continue on without injured trio Kermit Erasmus, Davies Nkausu and Moffat Mdluli, while Innocent Mdledle remains a long-term casualty.

Celtic, meanwhile, will be without Dominic Isaacs, who picked up a fourth yellow card and subsequent one-match ban in the Ziwa Mo climax at the weekend.
