Phunya Sele Sele will take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the Ziwa Mo spectacular this weekend looking to bring an end to their five-year trophy drought.
Celtic managed to book their place in the showpiece with victories over bitter rivals Free State Stars and defending champions Orlando Pirates, and Larsen believes they will have their fate in their own hands come the weekend.
"It's a big occasion for the club and the players," Larsen said on Wednesday.
"I think we deserve the cup because we have done it the hard way, overcoming defending champions Orlando Pirates and Free State Stars.
"The hunger we have shown in the tournament motivates us and if we show the same hunger and fighting spirit as in other cup matches, I believe we stand a good chance of lifting the trophy."
He added: "Our supporters deserve silverware because they have stood by us all this time and they are the best in country.
"Winning the cup is something our supporters need to shout about."
