AmaTuks drew 0-0 with Free State Stars, while Ian Palmer's men were dismantled 4-0 by Orlando Pirates.

The net result sees Tukkies in fifth place with 17 points, while Lidoda Duvha are down in 11th, five points back.

Leopards have not yet appeared to have found top form under Palmer.

They beat an off-form Ajax Cape Town two games back, but one has to go back to August 11 for their last win, a 3-2 victory over Bloemfontein Celtic.

Palmer, though, maintains he saw a semblance of promise in the heavy defeat to Pirates.

"We played well in the first half but did not take our chances as we should have. We then conceded early with a mistake from the back which then put a lot of pressure as we could not get back in the game," he said.

AmaTuks, meanwhile, have stuttered somewhat, if compared to their early season form.

Their last three matches have ended in defeat to AmaZulu and draws to Mamelodi Sundowns and Free State Stars.

Its up front that Barker will be demanding more from his charges after those three outings yielded just one goal.

Tuks certainly have the fire-power in players such as Mame Niang, Diyo Sibisi and David Radebe and home fans will be hoping they once again find their scoring boots.

Neither side have any new injury concerns, nor are there any suspensions.
