The 25-year-old came off the bench to score the fourth goal as the Buccaneers swept aside Lidoda Duvha in a 4-0 victory at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
It was Jele's first appearance for the PSL champions since he sustained a knee injury against Bidvest Wits last year, and De Sa welcomed his return.
"I'm especially delighted for Jele," he said in a post-match interview.
"It's great to see him back after having a tough year and for him to get a goal with his first touch is fantastic."
The Bucs continue to close the gap on table toppers Kaizer Chiefs, moving to within four points of their arch-rivals rivals.
