Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder Lyle Lakay believes they can go all the way in the Telkom Knockout after progressing to the final with a thrilling 3-2 win over Free State Stars on Sunday.

The former SuperSport United player was delighted to help his side earn their place in the Ziwa Mo climax, and believes they were well worth their win over Ea Lla Koto.
"It feels great to be through, it will be my first appearance in a cup final and so it's a fantastic feeling knowing we're in the final," he told Football411.
"I think it was more because we worked according to the game plan and also (Joel) Mogorosi's heroics. It's not always easy to score with a header from that far out, after that we stayed more compact in the middle and defence.
"From here I believe we can go all the way and win it as long as we continue to show the belief and character as a team like we did in all three cup games we've played in."
Lakay was also guilty of the challenge that injured Stars' Katlego Mashego, who will be out for up to seven months after badly twisting his ankle, but the Celtic man insists there was no malice in his tackle.
"I didn't think it was that serious because it wasn't intentional. I'm not a dirty tackler," he added.
"It was only after the foul that I saw he was in pain and the ref told me I broke his ankle. I would like to apologise and wish him a speedy recovery."
Despite having impressed recently, the 21-year-old is convinced he still has more to offer the team.
"I'm not completely satisfied and believe I can do more," he said. "I think I should start scoring and I am confident it will come soon, I'm growing in confidence with each and every game and there's still room for improvement."
