The Sunshine Stars defender is expected to take up a starting spot for the Super Eagles for the international friendly in Miami.
Kwambe will become another in a long line of players coach Stephen Keshi has deployed on the right flank in a bid to fill the void left by Olubayo Adefemi's death last year.
Chibuzor Okonkwo, Efe Ambrose, Fengor Ogude and Godfrey Oboabona have all been utilised since Adefemi's tragic passing in April.
"Keshi will start with a strong team against Venezuela," said Eagles spokesman Ben Alaiya.
