The Bafana Bafana star joined Fulham from Golden Arrows in 2009, but his stay with the Cottagers was short-lived.
He was then loaned out to Palace after struggling to nail down a permanent place at Craven Cottage and eventually made a permanent switch in July 2011.
'KG' has scored five goals for the Championship leaders this season and he told Football411 his objective is a return to the English top-flight.
"I'm quite excited with my form. I have been doing well and I just have to keep doing what I have been doing," he said.
"My aim, like I said before, is to get back into the English Premiership. If it is not helping Palace win promotion, then it is about trying to get interest from the other Premiership teams.
"I definitely want to play in the Premiership again."
He added: "I'm in great shape... I have lost like seven kilograms. I worked hard during pre-season and I was encouraged by Dougie Freeman, our previous manager at Palace.
"He believed in me and he pushed me, but I also owe it to myself to concentrate," he said.
Dikgacoi also let us in on the secret to his impressive goalscoring form this term.
"I have been playing more offensively for Palace, because the guy I play with in midfield prefers to sit deep so I have been given the freedom to go forward," the 27-year-old explained.
"I will love to do that for Bafana as well, but it will depend on who I play with in central midfield.
"If that player is happy to sit deep then I'm up for it. I think I'm capable of doing the box-to-box job that I have been doing at Palace."
