United beat Democratic Republic of Congo side CS Don Bosco 1-0 in the first-leg courtesy of a Thabiso Ntoane strike and believes they can make it to the next round by keeping the game simple.

"I just want to get through the next round, we've got the away goal and like you know it counts as two," Hunt told MTNfootball. "I love Africa, we always say it's tough, if anyone says it is tough it's because they make it tough for themselves. All you got to do is take it step-by-step.

"I can't say that I am prioritising the CAF tournament, you got to take it one game at a time; you know the old cliché, one game at a time."

The three-time league champions are eighth on the PSL table with 24 points, 18 less then leaders Kaizer Chiefs and despite the congested fixture list, Hunt is more than happy to partake in the competitions.

He added: "We certainly need to get up the table, I won't say we are prioritising it but we have to get better in the league.

"I like playing three games a week, it's good for our football, nothing wrong with playing three games in a week. I believe that there is too much idle time."
