The Buccaneers look certain to progress to the next round of Africa's premier club cup competition after securing a 5-0 first-leg scoreline against Djabal FC.
The Sea Robbers will, however, have to do it without the inspirational Manyisa, with De Sa confirming he thought it best to rest the player.
"Manyisa is not going. He is tired. You can see he needs a rest. But we are going with a pretty solid team," he told The Sowetan.
Pirates will be looking to bounce back from successive defeats, having gone down 4-1 to Maluti FET College in the Nedbank Cup last-32 before conceding a two-goal lead to lose to Moroka Swallows 3-2 on Tuesday evening.
