Erwin Isaacs scored in the 55th minute and Chapman netted in the 85th to seal the win for the Clever Boys who move up to seventh place in the Premier Soccer League table with 22 points.

"We happy with the performance although we know we could have put another one or two more away," Chapman told Football411.

"It was a good game and they had us on the back foot for a while but we held on, fought back and played a good game. We created a good few chances and should have made it easier for ourselves but we kept on and got the goals.

"It's not always easy on the road especially against Leopards but I guess we were just better prepared and hungrier."

On Saturday the Students travel to Bloemfontein to take on Celtic, a match that Chappies - as Chapman is known - says they are all looking forward to.

Five days after the Free State trip they will face Chippa United at the Bidvest Stadium.

"We just happy that the league is back on and we excited to be playing every couple of days, it's a good thing without a doubt," he said regarding the lengthy break they had due to the Africa Cup of Nations.

"We go straight in to training after this bus ride and then we'll relax a little. But yes Celtic is a good team and it's always nice to play there, they have fantastic supporters which is like having a 12th man and we all looking forward to it."
