The 24-year-old joined Siwelele on a long-term deal from Dynamos of Zimbabwe having impressed Celtic coach Clinton Larsen during a two-week trial in January.
Having been handed the number 27 jersey for Phunya Sele Sele, the striker will have to hold off on chipping in with a goals until his work permit is completed.
"I am very happy to be part of Bloemfontein Celtic family," Mutuma told Celtic's official website, the PSL club in action at Platinum Stars on Wednesday for the first time after the mid-season break.
"I have known the club for a long time and it has always been my wish to play for them. I love their supporters; they have a never-say-die attitude. So I promise them a lot of goals.
"I am working very hard at training, I want to score more goals for my team and make sure I do my best to see the team compete well for trophies.
"I want to prove myself in the Premier Soccer League. I'm still young and I know how to score goals. My confidence in front of goal has improved and I really can't wait to make my Celtic debut.
"It would be fantastic to play in front of the supporters that I always admired."
