Seema first moved to Celtic in the 1998/99 season and later joined the Buccaneers in 2006, captaining both sides while also winning the Telkom Charity Cup twice with Pirates in 2008 and 2009.

He moved to MP Black Aces in 2010, but his career ended shortly thereafter due to a persistent knee injury.

The 32-year old, though, is pleased to be back at the club where his career started.

"I'm humbled to be back home after such a long time. Celtic has always been close to my heart. My blood will forever remain green," Seema told the club's website.

"I'm grateful to the management of Celtic for offering me this great opportunity to scout talent for their club.

"When Celtic approached me just before Christmas I didn't think twice about the offer they put on the table. It has always been my wish to re-join Celtic in a different capacity, but it never crossed my mind the opportunity would come so soon.

"I must say that the move happened sooner than I had expected. I'm so very excited to be part of the Siwelele family again," he said.
