The 54-year-old has guided Dikwena to third on the PSL table after 14 matches, just a mere three points behind leaders Kaizer Chiefs.

The Rustenburg outfit are also top of the Q-Innovation 2 standings with 15 points after winning five of their last six matches, leaving them in line to pocket R1.5million, depending on results in the next round of PSL matches.

However, Johnson told Football411 that he wants to see "bums on seats" when Stars play, before entertaining thoughts of lifting titles.

"We are trying to play football so we can have more fans," Johnson, whose side beat Golden Arrows 6-4 over the weekend, told this site.

"We want bums on seats and we can only do that through playing good football. With all due respect to the big teams, we want to compete with Bloemfontein Celtic as far as the support base is concerned.

"When you get into the stadium when Celtic are playing, it is green and white so they have loyal supporters and we want to be like them," Johnson stated.

Meanwhile, the former Mamelodi Sundowns assistant coach has attributed Dinaledi's decent run to the fact he allows the entire team to be part of the decision-making process.

"It is a group effort. I allow everyone to share their thoughts with me whether good or bad, ugly or nice," he said.

"For example, it was the group that decided to sign Mogakolodi Ngele [Botswana international] when he came over for a trial and look what he's done for the team.

"I also have a good management behind me in Floyd Mbele [chairman] and Jason Raine [general manager] so it makes us a strong team."
