Klate: Expects tough tie

Orlando Pirates will be hoping to keep in touch at the top of the PSL standings when they travel to the Peter Mokaba Stadium to take on Black Leopards on Wednesday.

Pirates find themselves second in the standings after 10 games, four points behind leaders Kaizer Chiefs, who play fellow Soweto rivals Moroka Swallows 24 hours earlier.

That means Roger de Sa's men could start the day seven points adrift, leaving the pressure firmly on the Buccaneers.

Leopards, meanwhile, find themselves at the opposite end of the table, having earned just 12 points to sit in 10th, some five points above the relegation zone with a third of the season gone already.

Victory for Lidoda Duvha could, however, hoist the side up to sixth in the standings, depending on results elsewhere this week.

The Limpopo outfit will also be out for revenge, having been dumped out of the Telkom Knockout by the Sea Robbers earlier this year.

Bucs midfielder Daine Klate, however, is not expecting a walkover this week, telling his club's official website: "We beat them in the Telkom Knockout Cup but now it will be a totally different match for both teams.

"The pressure to win is greater for both teams and we go into this match conscious of the fact that if we win, we continue to put pressure on the team at the top."
