The festive lay-off presents the perfect time for Hlatshwayo's operation as he's unlikely to make Gordon Igesund's Bafana Bafana squad for the Afrian Cup of Nations in January.
'Tyson' knocked out three of his teeth as well split his lip after a clash of heads with his team-mate Aiden Jenniker during August's clash with Platinum Stars.
Hlatshwayo needed stitches and also suffered a concussion following the collision and was out of action for two weeks.
But the 22-year-old then resumed his defensive duties for the struggling Urban Warriors, who languish in 13th place on the Premiership standings.
