Amakhosi, currently three points clear at the top of the standings, have racked up 249 wins since the PSL's formation in 1996, and will be out to secure the milestone against Arrows this week.

Stuart Baxter's men have, however, drawn their last two league matches, although the team will be fresh for the midweek encounter after not playing this past weekend due to the Telkom Knockout, a tournament they exited at the first round.

Arrows, meanwhile, will be looking to make it back-to-back PSL wins under new coach Manqoba Mngqithi after having seen off Chippa United 2-0 last time out, leaving the Lamontville outfit 12th in the standings with nine points, just four above the relegation zone after eight matches.

Speaking of the challenge they will face against Arrows, Baxter told the club's official website: "(Arrows) now play football (under Mngqithi).

"Changing coaches can sometimes work and sometimes not and it seem to have worked for them.

"They are a very good team and rely on a few individuals to give a good performance. They work hard and if their individual players come out and they work hard they can be a threat.

"However, we are all looking forward to the game, our first this season at Peter Mokaba Stadium. The player's attitude at training has been amazing.

"We want to return back to winning ways. It is a tough week with SuperSport United coming up over the weekend but we are 100% focused on Golden Arrows now."

The last time Arrows travelled to the Peter Mokaba Stadium they ended up leaving with all three points while also snapping the Glamour Boys' unbeaten home record, while the reverse fixture ended in a draw.
