Table-topping Chester FC welcome Vauxhall Motors to Exacta Stadium hoping to add to their 17 match unbeaten run in the Blue Square Bet North division.
The Blues are at the summit of the league table, a massive 16 points ahead of second-placed Guiseley and look set to win the league.
The Motormen will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing loss away to Bradford Park Road on Monday evening and can go as high as eighth with a win, depending on results elsewhere.
Meanwhile, second-placed Guiseley travel to St George's Lane to take seventh-placed Worcester City hoping to secure their first win in four matches.
The Lions have seen have seen their title hopes drift away in recent weeks after a period of inconsistency. However, they will still be keen to hang on to second place and guarantee themselves a play-off berth, a win over Worcester would help that cause.
The Royals , though, have promotion ambitions of their own and can move onto 46 points, into the playoff places, with a win on Saturday.
Halifax Town entertain Stalybridge Celtic looking to build on their two straight wins over Droylsden and Gloucester City.
The Shaymen currently sit in the fifth and final playoff place on 43 points. A win over Celtic, coupled with a Gainsborough loss, could move them up to fourth and put a bit of daylight between them and the chasing pack.
The Celts poor run of form has seen their once promising chase for a playoff place wither away and will be desperate for a win to avoid being dragged into a relegation scrap.
Elsewhere, Altrincham play ailing Colwyn Bay at Moss Lane and can move into fourth place on 46 points with a victory if Halifax fail to beat Celtic.
The Seagulls have won just once in their last ten games, but can move to within four points of safety if they beat the Robins on Saturday.
Two teams in similar form square off at Abbey Business Stadium, with both Gloucester City and Harrogate Town having lost once. drawn once and won three of their last five fixtures in the league.
However, the Tigers did lose last time out and will look to put that right against a Town outfit who are chasing a playoff place.
Oxford City will be looking to put their disappointing loss to Gloucester City last weekend behind them and 18th-placed Histon FC could provide the Hoops with the perfect opportunity to get back on track.
The Stutes, though, have lost only once in eight league matches and can put some more daylight between themselves and the relegation places if they manage to win at the Glassworld Stadium.
12th placed Solihull Moors have won just one of their last five and will be desperate to keep all three points at Damson Park when they entertain 15th-placed Boston United.
The Pilgrims can leapfrog the Moors into 12th place with what would be only their third win in their last 10 outings.
Workington will look to inflict more pain on lowly Hinckley United at the Green King Stadium following their hard fought draw against league leaders Chester.
The Knitters look a certainty to go down, having collected just two points the whole season. The second of those in a 1-1 draw with Bishop's Stortford last weekend.
Bishop's Stortford are undefeated in their last five Blue Square Bet North matches and take on a struggling Droylsden outfit who find themselves languishing in the drop zone.
The Bloods are in 21st place on 13 points and haven't won in their last 15 league matches and relegation now looks more of a probability than a possibility.
In Saturday's late fixture, 10th placed Bradford Park Avenue take on a struggling Corby Town who sit in 19th on 28 points.
The Steelmen have lost four of their last five league fixtures and will need a solid performance if they are to break their duck against a resilient Avenue outfit.
