Steven Gerrard has praised Liverpool's response to the Boxing Day defeat to Stoke as they overcame Queens Park Rangers 3-0 at Loftus Road on Sunday evening.

The Reds were rampant from the start and ended the tie as a contest in the first half, going 3-0 up inside 28 minutes.
"I wouldn't say it was easy, that would be disrespectful to QPR, they are having a tough time," Gerrard told Sky Sports.
"If we started well we knew we could quieten the crowd and that was the best we've played this season in the first half.
"The plan was for us to get more goals, but Harry Redknapp is a top manager and QPR changed things in the second half so credit to them."
Two goals from Luis Suarez and a header from Daniel Agger sealed the victory for the Merseysiders.
"He's been brilliant ever since he came here. He's a magician," Gerrard said of Suarez.
"These clubs have to play him twice a season but we have to play against him every day!"
